Agreement

By using the SafeLeaf website or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with Full Stack Goat LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Waitlist & pre-launch

SafeLeaf is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access on any particular date, feature set, or pricing. We may change launch plans, features, or availability at any time.

Founding Member lifetime access

During prelaunch, we may offer a limited Founding Member lifetime membership at a one-time promotional price. Reserving a spot on the waitlist as a Founding Member does not charge your payment method until you complete a separate secure checkout link we send by email. Lifetime access means Plus-tier features for as long as SafeLeaf is offered, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the service. Founding Member pricing and availability are limited and may change or end at any time before launch.

Emergency protocol and core safety scans remain free for all users regardless of membership tier.

Not medical advice

SafeLeaf is designed to help pet owners identify plants and understand general toxicity information. Plant identification and safety information may be incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm with a qualified veterinarian or poison control professional in an emergency. References to organizations such as the ASPCA Poison Control Center are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of outcomes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt to disrupt our services, or use automated means to scrape or overload the site.

Intellectual property

The SafeLeaf name, branding, website content, and app designs are owned by Full Stack Goat LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Stack Goat LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on any information provided, including harm to pets or property.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
